Denis Harvey B.Sc.Ag. - Narrabri Business Manager and Director
Denis joined Agritech NSW as a partner and director in early 2007 and shortly after opened the doors in Narrabri. Denis has grown the business to accommodate a staff of 8 with an increasing number of breeding and agronomy trials spread across northern and central NSW. Cotton, along with other summer crops are becoming a dominant part of the research program out of Narrabri.
For 10 years previous to joining Agritech NSW, Denis managed and operated the R&D program for Syngenta at Narrabri. Along with his understanding of summer and winter cropping systems, Denis has excellent technical knowledge and demonstrated trial management skills. He has strong communication skills and maintains effective industry networks with clients and growers. Denis is happy to work with clients to customize field trials to ensure research outcomes are achieved.

Sam Simons B.Sc.Ag - Field Operations Manager
Sam has been working tirelessly with Agritech since graduating in 2006. He is always open to a challenge and has established a great name for himself in all aspects of trial management and agronomy research in the NW of NSW. Sam heads up the agronomy trial program for winter and summer crops. Sam loves speaking at field days, has a great attitude and enjoys people and playing rugby. He is instrumental in keeping the team organised at Narrabri.

Nathan Eulenstein B.Ag.Sc. - Field Operations Manager
Nathan joined Agritech in 2009 after 4 years working in field research with Delta Pine and Monsanto. Nathan originates from a grain property near Bellata. Working with Agritech has given Nathan valuable experience in working with winter crops and developing even further his skills in trial management. Nathan heads up the Cotton Breeding program and has a tremendous challenge ahead of him. Nathan is a well rounded researcher with the ability to think clearly and logically. Nathan establishes industry networks easily and is a valued agricultural professional in the Narrabri region.

Gina Bange B. App.Sc. Agriculture - Data Management
Gina moved from Futari Grain Technology to work with Agritech in 2008 on a part time basis. Gina gained much local knowledge from her Spring Ridge broad-acre farming and grazing property and brings with her a Degree in Agriculture and a Diploma in Agronomy. Prior to starting a family, Gina gained 7 years experience as a Technical officer in Faba Beans and Soybean breeding at DPI Narrabri. Gina is responsible for supporting the field team and managing trial data that is generated.
Mark Laird - Research Technician
Mark started with Agritech in 2007. Mark is a local, born and raised on a farming enterprise. His local knowledge is a major asset to Agritech. Mark brings to Agritech many year of experience in agriculture. This includes Research assistant in cotton, assistant to a local agronomist and Farm manager responsibilities. He is responsible for the maintenance of trial sites and machinery used in the field trials. And is a very important part of the sowing and harvest team.

Olivia Evans - Research Technician
Olivia started full time with Agritech in February 2010. Olivia is responsible for shed logistics and co-ordinates seed packing. She also assists the research agronomists with field operations. Then follow on with next sentence - Olivia brought etc . Also put ending sentence saying - Olivia has a very friendly disposition and always approaches tasks with a positive attitude.
Olivia brought to Agritech experience in small plot trials in canola and cotton from previous employment with CSIRO and Industry and Investment as a Technical Assistant. Olivia has lived in Narrabri for three years and is continuously gaining local Knowledge through her work with Agritech. Olivia grew up on her family's grazing property north of Lightning Ridge.

Samantha Hall - Research Technician
Sammy started full time with Agritech in March 2010 after a summer of part time work. Prior to starting with Agritech, Sammy worked on her family cattle operation. Sammy was raised in Narrabri and has a wealth of local knowledge to bring to Agritech. Sammie assists the research team in all areas of field operations.

Dave Dewsbury - Machinery Manager
We are excited to have secured the mechanical skills and experience of Dave. Dave is a qualified diesel mechanic and is responsible for the service and maintenance of all of Narrabri's vehicles and all other plant and equipment. In addition to this he assists the Narrabri team with the normal requirements of field trial operations. Dave has spent the previous 28 years working at the University of Sydney Plant Breeding Institute at Narrabri where he was responsible for maintaining and operating all small plot trial machinery. He has a specific expertise in the operation and maintenance of Kingaroy and Wintersteiger small plot headers which are a key component of our business. Having a person dedicated full-time to the maintenance of our machinery allows the rest of the team to focus on the agronomy of the trials. He has also operated his own small engine repair business in Narrabri.
Away from agriculture, Dave is a champion pistol shooter who has represented Australia on many occasions. In South Africa in 1996 he was crowned world champion in the Field Pistol category and in 2009 in the Czech Republic he was again crowned world champion in the unlimited section. He has 2 children and has just recently become a grandfather for the first time.
